This week I raised the issue of the provision of Secondary School places in Newbridge with An Taoiseach on the order of Business in the context of the Schools Admission Bill.
I am meeting Minister for Education Jan O’Sullivan next Wednesday in Dail Eireann with my Kildare South Oireachtas colleagues to discuss future capacity requirements at primary and secondary school level in South Kildare ahead of the School Building Programme being confirmed in the coming weeks.
