I was delighted to attend the official opening of the new Den for Crookstown Scout Troupe in part of the old national school building at Crookstown. It is a great use of the site and provides a welcome new home for the scouts, beavers & cubs.
The old school building has been leased by the parish to the KWETB who are preparing to use it as a training and community education facility. Any details of courses that people would be interested in should be sent on to me.
