Fine Gael TD for Kildare South and Chairman of the Fine Gael parliamentary party Martin Heydon has today (Friday) said that he is looking forward to welcoming his colleagues to Kildare for their annual special parliamentary party meeting next week.
“As chairman of the parliamentary party, I was delighted to have the opportunity to host this meeting in Newbridge.
“The Taoiseach, Tanaiste & Fine Gael Ministers as well as all party tds and senators will attend the special parliamentary party meeting over two days at the Keadeen hotel in Newbridge on September 12th and 13th before the start of the new Dail term.
“The meeting will focus on our priorities for the next Dail term as well as the upcoming budget. I also hope to use the opportunity to highlight issues of concern in Kildare to the Taoiseach and Ministers while they are in the area.”
